Moving through Menopause
The most empowering thing that a woman, or a person with cyles can do is to take control of their menopause journey – to be in the driving seat, not to just be a passenger. It’s not easy but it is possible.
There is no one size fits all approach to coaching women and people with cycles through midlife and beyond. Every person’s menopause experience is unique. For me and my clients it’s about focusing on the little daily wins; the one percent’s that add up to big changes over time.

ONE-TO-ONE

Personal Training is for you if you want 100% accountability and coaching support which is tailored just for your specific goals.
You are unique. There is nobody else on the planet like you and there is nobody else on the planet living the exact same life as you. Think of Charlotte as your ‘guide on the side’ on your fitness journey. You’ll work together to ensure that you’re doing everything you need to do to get you from point A to point B.

The package includes a training programme designed for you, your body and your lifestyle with lifestyle habit coaching on daily movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management.

All in-person sessions are held at Tu Nova, Albert Hill, Darlington.

ONE-TO-ONE
ONLINE COACHING
A bespoke online service
FROM £100 PCM / Times are flexible to suit you
Enjoy training independently but need support, structure and the assistance of a dedicated coach.
The online programme has many of the benefits of in-person personal training but gives you the flexibility to train when and where you want to. This is for you if you like to train independently at home or in a commercial gym but the need structure and accountability that personal training gives you.

GROUP COACHING
The Evolution Journey
£45 PCM – 2 sessions a week
£55 PCM – 3 sessions a week
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 09.15 - 10.15
The Evolution Journey is a programme designed for women who want to get strong, healthy and empowered.
This all-encompassing lifestyle system enables you to take control of your health and regain your inner strength and confidence.
Training in a group of up to 12 women, these sessions are designed to improve your fitness, build strength and confidence. You’ll motivate, inspire and support each other as you travel on your fitness journeys.

We actively welcome and support trans women and non-binary people.
All sessions are held at Tu Nova, Albert Hill, Darlington.

C3 GROUP
COACHING
For people of all fitness levels
£40 PCM / TUESDAY & THURSDAY 18.15 - 19.15
These mixed sessions are designed to get you fitter, stronger and healthier than you ever thought possible.
You'll follow a structured training programme that allows you progress and develop your strength, power, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. The programme is designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. So, if you’re new to exercise please don’t worry – you’ll be welcomed with open arms! These sessions are hard work but the results you get are fantastic.
