1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

For those who prefer a bespoke, individual service,

one to one Personal Training is a fantastic choice.

Training, advice and guidance is tailored specifically for you and your unique goals. Times are flexible to suit you.

All sessions are held at Tu Nova, Albert Hill, Darlington, a fantastic facility created by Steve Gordon and home to one of the UK’s most successful Kettlebell Teams.

1-2-1

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

EVERY TUESDAY & THURSDAY 06.00 - 07.00

 

An excellent way to support each other, build confidence and share your fitness journey with like minded women. (And get a bit competitive!) 

​

Training in a small group of up to four people, you’ll follow your own individual programme but you’ll have the support and motivation of a small group to keep you going. Times are flexible to suit your group. All sessions are held at Tu Nova, Albert Hill, Darlington.

C3 GROUP TRAINING

EVERY TUESDAY & THURSDAY 18.15 - 19.15

​

These 1 hour sessions are designed to get you fitter, stronger and healthier than you ever thought possible. You'll follow a structured training programme with regular performance assessments and body composition analysis. We welcome people of all fitness levels. These sessions are hard work but the results you get are fantastic.

WOMEN'S GROUP TRAINING

EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 09.15 - 10.15AM

The Evolution Journey is a programme designed for women who want to get strong, healthy and empowered. This all encompassing lifestyle system enables you to take control of your health and regain your inner strength and confidence. 

​

Training in a group of up to 12 women, these sessions are designed to improve your fitness, build strength and confidence. You’ll motivate, inspire and support each other as you travel on your fitness journeys. We actively welcome and support trans women and non-binary people.

MENOPAUSE SPECIALIST

The most empowering thing that a woman can do is to take control of her menopause journey – to be in the driving seat, not to just be a passenger. It’s not easy but it is possible.

​

There is no one size fits all approach to coaching women through midlife and beyond. Every woman’s menopause experience is unique to her. For me and my clients it’s about focusing on the little daily wins; the one percent’s that add up to big changes over time. MY STORY

My passion is helping people to become healthier, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves. By helping people to make changes that are sustainable for life, I can help people transform their physical and mental well-being. 

​

My fitness journey really started after having my two girls 16 years ago. I wanted to be as fit, strong and healthy as possible. My days of not looking after myself were over. It was time to invest in me. I wanted to be a role model and an inspiration for my children. For me, it’s about getting the balance right. Being healthy and in shape is my passion but not my obsession.

​

I focus on a balance of exercise, recovery, a healthy balanced diet and having fun!

 

All sessions are held at Tu Nova Strength and Fitness. This fantastic facility has been created by Steve Gordon for people that want to create a healthier and happier lifestyle. Tu Nova is also home to one of the UK’s most successful Kettlebell Teams.
