I believe that the most empowering thing that a woman or a person with cycles can do is to take control of their menopause journey – to be in the driving seat, not to just be a passenger.

 

We often wear multiple hats from parent, partner, business owner or career builder to carer. Juggling all these hats can be exhausting and often women prioritise everyone else over ourselves.

The Empower Programme is designed to help women and people with cycles going through the menopause transition and beyond, regain control of their lives. It is my mission to show as many people as possible, the fantastic impact that movement and nutrition can have on our experience of menopause.

HOW IT
WORKS

There is no one size fits all approach to coaching women and people with cycles through midlife and beyond. Everyone's menopause experience is unique.

 

The Empower Programme will give you the tools and strategies to build the life you want and to thrive during menopause and not just survive. Strength, health and empowerment are the three pillars of success that underpin your Empower Journey.

​

We will work together to unlock your full potential to thrive during midlife and beyond. You will learn how to build a strong foundation of healthful habits around the 4 'Big Rocks' – movement & exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress. I will be your 'guide on the side' throughout the whole journey and you will also have the support of a small group of like-minded people with whom you can share your celebrations and struggles!
